Female Coordinator

Aracot Construction is a leading brand in **tiles, sanitaryware, hardware, paints, home appliances, and interior solutions**, known for delivering premium quality products and luxury designs. We are seeking a **female Coordinator** to work closely with Management and provide professional support in scheduling, communication, and coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage Management’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Act as a communication link between Management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and business matters.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and official documents.
- Ensure smooth coordination of client visits, events, and business meetings.
- Provide general administrative and organizational support as required.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, confident, and well-presented personality.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
