About Us

Roop Mahal Rice is a trusted name in high-quality B2B rice supply, catering to major clients including top hospitality brands. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a store supervisor who takes full ownership of plant performance, hygiene, labor, and quality. This is a key role in delivering consistent excellence to our clients like Haldiram’s and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee **end-to-end rice production** including milling, grading, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure **daily hygiene and fumigation protocols**are strictly followed
- Supervise and guide **labor teams**to maintain efficiency and discipline
- Monitor and ensure **timely maintenance of machinery** (e.g., boiler, sortex, conveyors)
- Implement and maintain **quality control checks** before packaging and dispatch
- Track daily production output, stock, and raw material usage (Management will guide)
- Identify process improvements to reduce wastage and delays
- Coordinate with management and report production status regularly

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in rice mills, food manufacturing, or grain processing plants
- Strong knowledge of **factory hygiene, fumigation,** and pest control protocols
- Ability to handle **labour management**, shift planning, and conflict resolution
- Experience in **machine supervision and maintenance coordination**:

- Basic computer and report-writing skills preferred

Salary & Benefits
- ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
