I'm looking for ex-entrepreneurs who would like to Build products for people.

Planning for the next level requires an experienced and willing to work team.

Ex-entrepreneurs, startup team members, IIT, IIM, and those who have already raised funds from investors are preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the existing team to develop and refine the company's vision, mission, and strategy
- Help to identify and prioritize key business opportunities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers
- Lead the development and execution of marketing and sales initiatives
- Help to build and manage a high-performing team

Qualifications:

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building innovative solutions
- Proven track record of success as an entrepreneur, startup team member, or in other relevant roles
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience raising funds from investors preferred
- Degree from a top-tier institution such as IIT, IIM, or equivalent

Salary will be provided after we raise findings, Equity based hiring and we can discuss and negotiate further

Contract length: 48 months

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
