**Role & Responsibilities**
This role is a combination of **learning, researching, and doing**. Part of the day you will spend observing and documenting best practices, and the rest you will actively support teaching sessions, therapy programs, and interventions for children.
**Specific Tasks Include**:

- Assist in planning and delivering **special education sessions** tailored to individual student needs.
- Support classroom activities and individualized learning interventions under the guidance of senior special educators.
- Research and document **latest tools, strategies, and best practices** in special education and autism support.
- Read and summarize different approaches suggested by experts, doctors, and educators.
- Attend in-person and online **workshops, seminars, and training sessions**, and document key learnings.
- Help track student progress and maintain records for review.
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a **degree/diploma in Special Education, Psychology, Child Development, or related fields**.
- You have at least internship/volunteer experience in working with **children with autism or other special needs** (preferred but not mandatory).
- You are open and willing to work with children aged **3 to 18 years (and occasionally adults)**.
- You have a passion for inclusive education, patience, and deep empathy for students and their families.
- You are eager to learn and experiment with new methods of teaching and intervention.
