**Job description**:
**Concrete Mix Design**:Develop, evaluate, and optimize advanced concrete mix designs to meet complex project requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
**QC Lab Operations**:Oversee and conduct in-depth lab tests on raw materials and finished concrete products, ensuring quality standards are met and results are meticulously documented.
**Material Analysis**: Conduct regular analysis of aggregates, cementitious materials, and admixtures to guarantee high-quality inputs.
**Innovative Construction Techniques**:Implement the most recent construction methodologies for concrete preparation, placement, and curing processes.
**Compliance Assurance**: Ensure all concrete activities align with local and international standards such as ASTM, ACI, and other applicable codes.
**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain comprehensive records of mix designs, test outcomes, and QC procedures, generating detailed reports for project teams and senior management.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to deliver superior construction solutions on schedule.
**Safety Protocols**: Enforce adherence to safety regulations and protocols during all lab and field activities.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Graduate or Any Diploma
Well experienced in concrete quality control, mix design, and lab work.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in concrete mix design and quality control testing.
Familiarity with modern and innovative construction techniques.

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Software Proficiency: Experience with relevant mix design and QC reporting tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
