**Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets. Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities. Actively prospect and cold-call realtors to promote our CRM and website solutions.

Product Presentation and Consultation: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of our CRM and website solutions. Understand the unique needs and challenges of realtors and provide tailored consultation to demonstrate how our solutions can address their specific requirements.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, fostering trust and understanding. Act as a trusted advisor by offering guidance and support throughout the sales process. Continuously engage with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to CRM and website solutions for realtors. Gather feedback from clients and prospects to provide insights to the product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives. Provide feedback on marketing campaigns, contribute to the development of sales collateral, and participate in industry events and trade shows to expand brand awareness and generate leads.

**Requirements**:
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology or real estate industry. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our CRM and website solutions to realtors.

Relationship Management: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Strong interpersonal skills to understand client needs, provide consultative advice, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM systems and website solutions. Understanding of real estate technology trends and the needs of realtors in managing their customer relationships and online presence.

Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales goals within specified deadlines.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and other relevant sales and marketing technologies.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
