Responsibility
Opening the Shop on time and Closing it on time with proper lock and key.
Store Setup with Hygiene and Product Display of Cycles / Spares/ Accessories.
Keeping the full team highly motivated and briefing them daily tasks.
Managing and tackling angry customers
Providing every customer A-1 service
Increasing the Sales on daily basis
Upselling Accessories with Every Cycle and Increase the Average Billing Value.
Maintain the Discipline by Wearing Proper Uniform ( Well Groomed and Presentable )
Wear Mask and make the habit of Using Sanitizers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Badlapur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
