**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client, Ashok Associates and Chartered Accountants in T Nagar, as an Auditing Executive. As an Auditing Executive, you will be responsible for conducting audits of financial statements, analyzing accounting records, and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in auditing or accounting
- Strong knowledge of auditing techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Effective communication and presentation skills

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conduct audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Analyze accounting records and related documentation to identify discrepancies and variances
- Evaluate internal controls and develop recommendations to improve financial processes
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for audits
- Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards
- Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans
- Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and improve internal controls
- Communicate audit findings to management and propose corrective actions

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
