Macro Role:
We are looking for embedded engineers whose primary responsibility will be to create firmware for Selec products for different verticals. As Senior Embedded engineers, the complexity of work would be higher & one would have a team to mentor as well along with management reviews for quality and timely delivery.Specific Responsibilities:
**Development of product on the following:

- **
- Microcontroller & Processors such as Renesas, NXP, ST, Texas, ARM
- Work on ADC, PWM, DAC, timers, critical timing issues for controlling algorithm.
- Working on control loops like PI, PID
- Working on communication protocols
- Performing Design and Development activities such as Architecture Design, Algorithm Development (For Sr. position)
- Embedded firmware coding and white box testing
- Taking responsibility for the design and overall quality of firmware
- Maintaining firmware Design Standards and Methodologies.
- Providing leadership and guidance for Junior Engineers. (For Sr. position)
- Documentation of design documents, flow charts, algorithms and implementation details.
- Collaboration with other team members (including both hardware and software engineers) for timely completion of product development as per market requirements
- Management reviews for quality and timely delivery.

**Skills Required**:

- Good knowledge of Embedded C ,C++ and Embedded Coding standards, basic knowledge of Hardware including PCB and CKT Designing
- Good to have MATLAB SIMULINK simulation
- Should be a good communicator.
- Must have Hardware & Software troubleshooting skills.
- Should be able to support/debug system integration.
- Understanding of AC / DC measurements and control loops are preferred
