Farm Incharge

**Agriculture and Natural Farming**
- Plan, execute, and manage natural farming practices, ensuring chemical-free cultivation methods.
- Oversee soil health management, crop rotation, and pest control using organic techniques.
- Monitor irrigation systems and water usage for optimal resource utilization.
- Develop and implement schedules for sowing, weeding, harvesting, and post-harvest activities.
- Maintain and update farming equipment and tools to ensure smooth operations.

**Livestock Management (Goats, Cows, Chickens)**:

- Oversee the daily care, feeding, and health management of livestock.
- Implement breeding programs for goats, cows, and chickens to improve production.
- Monitor animal housing and ensure clean, hygienic, and safe living conditions.
- Manage milk production from cows, egg production from chickens, and meat production from goats.
- Coordinate veterinary visits, vaccination schedules, and disease prevention strategies.

**New Production Development**:

- Innovate and experiment with new farming techniques and products to enhance yield.
- Explore opportunities for diversified farming operations, such as value-added products (e.g., organic milk, cheese, eggs, etc.).
- Research and implement market-driven production plans to increase profitability.

**Administrative and Leadership**:

- Manage a team of farm workers, assigning tasks, and providing training on best practices.
- Keep records of farming and livestock activities, including production, expenses, and sales.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding farm operations, challenges, and progress.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
