Operation & Maintenance Technician’s Job Description

**Job Summary**

The position is responsible for operation and routine maintenance of client’s utility equipment at the site. The position will report directly to the client’s engineer at site on daily basis. Individual will ensure to his best to meet the client’s expectations.

The individual may require connecting with the contractor and supplier for executing the minor repair, major overhaul and annual maintenance contracts.

**Qualification**

ITI Electrician

**Communication**

Should be able to speak in Marathi/ Hindi and read English & Marathi/ Hindi Basic computer skills.

**Experience**

3 to 5 years of experience in operation and maintenance of utilities and equipment preferably in a chemical plant

**Knowledge**

Good Basic Knowledge of Electrical Equipment' like Contactor, SMPS, Timers, Relay, Sensors, Limit switches, Transformer, VFD, MCB, MPCB, MCCB, Motors Able to read Electrical wiring diagram Good knowledge of Multimeter, Tong Tester, Megger. Good Technical Knowledge of DOL Starter, Star Delta Starter, Reverse forward Starter. Hand Experience on CNC, VMC, SPM, Grinding Machines Electrical Troubleshooting Good Basic Knowledge of DG set, Compressor LT room, HT yard Good Basic Knowledge of PLC IO checking Hand Experience of House wiring Hand Experience of Light fitting Repairing Able to attend Machine breakdowns/Plan activates Under Shift Engineer

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Experience**:
