**Job description**
- Case received in VTS as Automaton (Submitted by the Submission Team)
- Check for scope of Respective Client SOW (Ex. Last Five Years or Last 7 Employment etc )
- If it doesn’t match with Client SOW, then requesting for clarification to CRT through the VTS portal or mail, else will start processing the checks If the same has been matches with the client SOW.
- Before processing the verification, we will check for the company genuinely (all unknown companies) and also will check in our suspicious database.(Fake companies database)

If the company found to be genuine, we will start processing the checks to the employer.
**HR Feedback as Positive**:
We will close the case as “Positive-Green”.

**HR Feedback with the employer requirement**:
1. Received reply from HR’s or Concern persons with any concerns (Ex. LOA or Client Name)
- If we have client approval we will disclose or share the same (Resent the mail to HR)
- If we don’t have we will inform same to the CRT (Raise insufficiency)

**HR Feedback with Discrepancy**:

- If we have documents, we will send clarification and authenticate the same.
- If we received same details and documents are not genuine then we will close the case as per Protocol (Negative or Minor Discrepancy).

Case as “Positive-Green”.
