Prepare and maintain a Montessori learning environment that meets the physical, emotional, and intellectual needs of the children.
- Design and deliver educational programs using the Montessori method.
- Guide children in self-directed, hands-on learning activities to develop practical skills.
- Observe and record children’s growth, development and behavior using appropriate documentation methods.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the classroom and materials.
- Coordinate with other staff to plan and execute educational events or outings.
- Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Certification or Diploma in Montessori Training.
- Proven experience as a Montessori teacher.
- Excellent understanding of child development and the Montessori method.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
