Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients (exporters, manufacturers, suppliers).
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong relationship for conversion.
- Maintain a database of clients and update call records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and client queries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role (preferably B2B).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online B2B marketplaces is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional certifications in sales or communication are a plus.

Pay: ₹8,497.86 - ₹24,313.92 per month
