**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Partnering with Executive Recruiting leadership, Talent Acquisition team and business leaders to align with business strategy, near
- and long-term talent requirements, and leadership bench strength
- Actively sourcing the best talent in the market across multiple pan-Asia executive searches;
- Developing and executing on talent mapping/talent universe prioritization for leadership scale, domain expertise, and business process excellence
- Executing on proactive, always-on pipelining strategies in partnership with business leaders
- Embedding the lenses of diversity, equity and inclusion in all processes, practices and outcomes
- Communicating and enhancing service to a warm, regularly nurtured and pre-vetted leadership talent pool
- Improved brand image and affinity amongst leadership prospects; Excellence-first-approach

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Strong research / sourcing /search in the executive hiring / leadership hiring domain; ideally with external search firm experience, and in-house experience.
- Ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and demands while executing against critical asks
- Knowledge of how to manage, nurture and cultivate talent pools over time, motivation to make this proactive investment work a priority to be shared with the business
