**Job Title**: Schumag Operator - Steel Industry
**Responsibilities**:
- Operate and monitor Schumag machines for precision bar peeling and polishing.
- Set machine parameters as per production requirements.
- Inspect materials for surface finish, dimensions, and defects.
- Perform routine maintenance and keep machines clean.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production supervisors for workflow.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
