- Respond promptly, courteously and knowledgeable to customer service inquiries, for issues such as trouble-shooting installation or handling product usage questions
- Document any customer service issues and procedures for resolution
- Believe in and teach others the 'cause' of your product
- Set goals for your product
- Give impactful demonstrations
- You are active promoters of a company or product and spread a positive message about the product to persuade others to use or purchase the product.
- Promoting the positive attributes of a product or service to a wide audience to increase a company's customer base

**Qualifications**
- Comfort with technology and ability to provide technical assistance for basic consumer electronics and software is critical
- Ability to work well independently and also in a team environment
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours is a bonus (e.g. early evening and limited weekend)
- Knowledge about Image Processing
- Good communication skills in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
