- Overview of Consultant appointments and coordination
- Overview of Project approvals status and database
- Project meetings with approval authority
- Township Master Plan and Site Infrastructure Plan
- Layout Planning per various approvals requirement
- Development Volumetric and Heights Analysis
- Building Design as per National Building Code
- Detailed Traffic and Parking plan for vehicles
- 3D Visualization and Imaging of development
- GIS based Site Mapping
- Site Survey requirements
- BIM and CAD drawings
- Issuance of Site Construction Drawings
- Site supervision visits
- Assist Site Engineers in execution and technical discrepancy resolutions
- Public project presentations
