We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
- Mandatory Skills : Teradata, DataStage Linux Scripting, Data Modelling (Erwin /Power Designer)
- Desired Skills : Oracle, Python scripting, Autosys

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for workload prioritization and management of resources, both on service requests and small projects.
- Maintaining and Providing the Status to mgmt. and Onshore leads
- Creating and updating data models, defining information requirements for small to medium size projects
- Creating ETL specifications / source to target mapping based on project requirements,
- Generate data definition language DDL used to create the database schemas and tables
- Hands on code development, source code control, specification writing and production implementation
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions, guide the design & development by providing insights of data sources and peer reviews
- Participate and guide data integration solutions that are needed to fill the data gaps Debug data quality issues by analysing the upstream sources and provide guidance to data integration team resolutions
- Closely work with DBAs to fix performance bottlenecks
- Proefficiency in Data Modelling (Erwin /Power Designer)
- Participate in technology governance groups that defines policies, best practices and make design decisions in on-going projects
- Work closely with Operations, Teradata administration teams for code migrations and production support
- Provide Resource and effort estimates for EDW - ETL & Extract projects
- Experience working as part of a global development team
- Conduct code reviews of ETL development
- Ready to work in shift timings ( 11am - 9 Pm) weekdays and also support oncall per ROTA (weekdays and Weekends)
