Elephant in the Room Consulting (EITHR) is an early-stage mental health start-up that aims to build mental health awareness and education in corporate workforces and engage with organisations to promote workforce wellbeing.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a Marketing and Communication Executive at Raintree Foundation, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand visibility and effectively communicating our mission and initiatives for all entities: Raintree Family Office, Raintree Foundation and Elephant in the Room consulting.

The Marketing and Communications executive will be responsible for maintaining brand positioning, working closely with the branding agency to create all brand assets, engaging stakeholders, building audiences, and effectively communicating the Foundation and Elephant in the Room’s value proposition and work to meet strategic and operational objectives.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Content Development**: Ideate and create compelling marketing content with a focus on different aspects of our programsand business - blog posts, articles, infographics, reports, and multimedia content.
- **PR and Brand Strategy**: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies, encompassing both external and internal initiatives, to enhance the visibility of the Raintree and Elephant in the Room brand and its management, fostering increased awareness and meaningful engagement with stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the program design team and field implementation team to understand programmatic aspects and align communications objectives for the Foundation, and the business leadership team at Elephant in the Room to grow awareness for the brand and the business.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop and implement social media and digital marketing content, ensuring regular and engaging updates across multiple platforms.
- **Content Curation**:select and distribute relevant, high-quality informative articles, blogs, and develop a pipeline of ideas for blog articles in collaboration with management.
- **Media Relations**: Cultivate connections with the media to enhance the Groups profile by delivering key messages.
- **Event Management**: Design and develop small and large-scale events, including brand messaging, PowerPoint presentations, videos, event collaterals and manage events behind the scenes.
- **Networking**:Network and collaborate with media, event planning organizations, and relevant institutions to maximize Raintree Foundations the Groups visibility.
- **Annual Reports**:Create and design annual reports and other fundamental reports as and when required.
- **Internal Support**: Provide support to internal teams of all entities for implementing and amplifying communication strategies.
- **External Agencies**: Coordinate with all external agencies for content and communication implementation.
