**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Management**:

- Identify and approach wholesalers and retailers to promote our products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- **Product Promotion**:

- Present and explain product features, designs, and benefits to clients.
- Stay updated with the latest product lines and upcoming collections to effectively communicate value to customers.
- **Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand competitor activities.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and services.
- **Order Management**:

- Ensure accurate order placement and timely delivery of products to clients.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to address client needs.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
- Familiarity with Indian wear (sarees, lehengas, salwar suits, etc.) is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

**Key Attributes**:

- Passion for fashion and Indian ethnic wear.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and attend trade shows/events.
- Fluent in English and [insert regional language(s) as applicable].
