Job Title Partner Department Audit & Assurance Services Competencies - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of auditing and accounting standards, with a focus on compliance with the Companies Act. - Showcase in-depth knowledge and practical experience in "IND-AS." - Possess a basic understanding of the Income Tax Act, FEMA, labour laws, and GST Act. - **Handle audit assignments independently or as a team leader.**: - Prior experience in sectors including manufacturing, real estate, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, logistics, and financial services is preferred. - Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities. - Manage and lead a team of semi-qualified and articled trainees - Exhibit excellent presentation skills and proficiency in English communication. - Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach. - Good working knowledge of working in a computerized environment and should be comfortable in doing filing and documentation in soft. - Self-driven and highly motivated. - Should be open to travel in Mumbai and outside. - Should have handled at least 10 to 12 listed entities assignments in various sectors, including BFSI, Manufacturing, Infrastructure etc Experience bracket - 12 years of post-qualification experience in various audits (Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, limited review, tax audit & Concurrent Audit) of preferred industry. - Experience of working with consulting firm preferred. Academic Qualification Chartered Accountant Job Responsibilities The incumbent is expected to work on various stages of the audit & responsibilities may include: - To ensure compliance with established internal control procedures and to appraise adequacy of internal control systems by examining records, reports, operating practices and supporting documents and to recommend new policies and procedures. - To independently finalize the financial statements and suitable disclosures in Notes to Accounts and audit report. - To complete audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings. - Supporting the Partner in audit scheduling & planning and for various initiatives. - To communicate audit findings, discussing findings with auditees and the immediate senior. - Conduct training of audit teams on various audit aspectsUpgrading professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Follow-up for billing, assignment costing & other documentation. - Complete support to audit partners for peer review or any other reviews - Should spend good amount of time on marketing and pitching new clientsLocation Mumbai Reports to Managing Partner Compensation **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: - Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) Application Question(s): - Are you a CA Qualified?
