
IVA Sales Executive Uk Process

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell IVA and debt management services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication.
- Explain the benefits of our services and persuade customers to use them.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Handle objections and resolve customer complaints.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide customers with accurate information.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience in telesales, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of IVA and debt management services is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
