To initiate and perform the induction and training of new members and the matters incidental thereto.
- To ensure regular meetings with members, at least 6 meetings a month.
- To ensure proper on-field verification of KYC of every member inducted and report the same with the branch manager.
- To ensure proper collection of loan dues and arrear money, if any, from the members concerning the approved loan card.
- To remit the daily collection money as cash to the branch manager and get it acknowledged with signed receipts.
- To update the centre's diary every day without any delay and keep the information updated electronically too.
- To perform vital activities as instructed by the Branch Manager.
- To promote NBFC-MFI activities in the branch operation area (communication and marketing);
- At all times, you are expected to follow the standard operating protocol of our company and the RBI norms as amended from time to time.
- To establish and implement all the procedures needed to manage the branch under NBFC-MFI procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
