- **
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (Indian GAAP).
- **Taxation**: Manage direct and indirect tax filings, audits, and compliance and dealing with Tax Authorities.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Prepare detailed financial budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans for clients.
- **Internal Controls**: Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage a team of junior accountants or assistants, providing guidance and mentorship

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory.
- Experience in finance, taxation, auditing, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, GAAP, and financial regulations.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and financial software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in Big 4 or reputed consulting firms or Industry.
- Ability to manage a team and work under deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
