**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team.

You will work closely with our senior design team to assist in the creation of various marketing materials,

including but not limited to digital graphics, social media assets, print materials, and presentations.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the design and production of marketing materials, including digital graphics, social media assets, print materials, and presentations.

Collaborate with senior designers to develop creative concepts and execute designs that align with brand guidelines.

Prepare files for production and ensure quality control throughout the design process.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media.

Assist with photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation as needed.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on projects.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project objectives are met.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Portfolio showcasing creative projects and design skills.

Experience with web design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.

Knowledge of print production processes is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
