**About Us**:
Einstro Academy is a leading language and test preparation institute based in Chennai, India, offering high-quality online and offline training in English, IELTS, PTE, German, French, and other global languages. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate, skilled, and experienced **Online French Tutors** to join us in delivering engaging and effective language instruction to students of all levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct live, interactive online French classes for beginners to advanced level students.
- Develop lesson plans, exercises, and learning resources tailored to students' proficiency levels and goals.
- Prepare students for international French language certifications (DELF/DALF/TEF/TCF) where applicable.
- Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a supportive, positive, and motivating virtual learning environment.
- Maintain attendance, student progress reports, and session summaries.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in French (B2/C1/C2 level preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in French / Language Studies or equivalent qualification.
- DELF/DALF certification is a strong advantage.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience (online or offline) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms for online instruction.
- Ability to engage students and create an interactive, student-centered learning environment.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Energetic, patient, and passionate about teaching.
- Punctual, reliable, and highly organized.
- Familiarity with using digital tools and language teaching apps.
- Experience teaching to school students, college students, or working professionals.
