**Job Title**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Thene, Maharashtra
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Level**: 1-3 years (preferably in interior design, architecture, or related industries)

Prop4u is a leading Real Estate Channel Partner Firm also fulfilling interior designing needs as per our client’s requirements with specializing in delivering innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces for residential and commercial clients. We blend design excellence with client collaboration to transform visions into reality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and digital platforms.
- Understand client needs and promote the company’s interior design services accordingly.
- Present company portfolios, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a strong client relationship post-sale for referrals and repeat business.
- Attend site meetings, industry events, and exhibitions as required.
- Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience (interior design, real estate, or architectural sector preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts and trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
