Job Title:* Graphic Designer - Political Campaigns

Location: Bangalore

Language Requirement: Marathi, Hindi, English, Kannada and others

Experience: 3+ years (preferred in political domain)

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Design and produce high-quality political creatives for print and digital platforms, including social media, banners, hoardings, pamphlets, and event backdrops.
- Translate political strategies into compelling visual narratives that resonate with the local audience.
- Collaborate with content writers, campaign managers, and video editors to ensure message clarity and design consistency.
- Use data insights and campaign goals to design materials that effectively engage and mobilize the target audience.
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting design elements to suit the dynamic needs of different political campaigns.
- Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design, preferably in political or public engagement campaigns.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, etc.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout in the context of regional and cultural appeal.
- Fluent in Marathi (reading and writing is mandatory); Hindi and English are a plus.
- Deep understanding of political culture, voter behavior, and campaign strategies in Maharashtra.
- Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in working with political parties, leaders, or election campaigns.
- Portfolio demonstrating political or issue-based creative work.
- Knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an added advantage.
