**Key Performance Area**:

- Handle machining parts, special processes (plating, annealing, welding), and tube forming processes.
- Manage supplier quality issues and ensure timely closure of actions.
- Oversee PPAP, SPC, PFMEA, and MSA processes to ensure quality standards.
- Lead reviews of top-performing and worst-performing suppliers, executing improvement plans.
- Travel locally to suppliers and Polyhose plants as required.
- Standardize receiving inspection processes in line with part and functional requirements.
- Conduct supplier audits and inductions to ensure quality compliance.
- Prepare and manage 8D reports, poka-yoke, and other analysis tools.
- Implement commodity strategic actions per the established plan.
