**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Edit and assemble raw footage** into polished video content, ensuring quality and consistency.
- **Create engaging video content** for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and digital ads.
- **Collaborate** with creative teams, including graphic designers, content writers, and marketers, to ensure the video aligns with the overall project vision.
- **Add effects, graphics, and animations** as needed to enhance video quality.
- **Select and edit music, dialogue, sound effects, and voiceovers** to ensure sound synchronization and mood.
- **Ensure brand consistency** and visual quality across all video content.
- **Organize and archive video projects** for easy access and future reference.
- **Stay up-to-date** with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.
- **Optimize videos** for various formats, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- **Meet deadlines** and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio.
- **Proficiency in video editing software**: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
- **Strong understanding of visual storytelling**, pacing, and composition.
- **Familiarity with sound editing**, color grading, and motion graphics.
- Experience with video formats and compression techniques for various platforms.
- **Excellent communication skills** and ability to take constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and work independently.
- **Basic knowledge of cinematography** and camera work is a plus.
