We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team.As the Marketing intern, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support the growth and success of our company. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to identify key business objectives and develop marketing plans that align with those objectives. You will oversee a team of marketing professionals and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that all marketing efforts are integrated and effective.

**Your Role**:
As an Intern, you won't just be filling a role; you'll be shaping the future. Your responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for brand positioning and product promotion.
- Support the creation and optimization of marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing events and initiatives, including logistics, promotions, and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to contribute innovative ideas and strategies.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and client interactions.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a desire to gain practical experience in strategy development and implementation.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively while adhering to deadlines.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Previous experience or familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.

**Duration**:This internship position is for 3 months, with the possibility of permanent role offer based on performance after 3 months.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
