Marketing - Creative - Motion Graphics- Bengaluru*** **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Seeking an experienced motion graphics designer to boost our digital marketing initiative. You will be responsible to create stunning promotional videos for our global user acquisition campaigns on Google, Facebook, snap chat & other leading platforms. This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgement. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualisation to the final cut. - Create highly engaging complex animations for a diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets and the web to delight viewers. - Design or edit existing brand and content graphic assets. - Work with the marketing team to understand the project scope and objectives. - Create animation storyboards. - Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas. - Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process. - Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphics and animation styles for the project. - Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. - Support the design and illustration team with photo editing, bespoke illustration and icon design. - Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in product design and popular music to deliver cutting-edge work. - Conceptualising multiple solutions to a problem. - Copy writing and/or screenwriting. **Job Requirement** **REQUIREMENTS** - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style. - Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design. - Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team when required. - At least 3 years graphic design experience including video production design and animation. - Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Motion Graphics. - Experience in the gaming industry is a plus. - Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills. - Hand-sketching and illustration. **WHY JOIN US?** - Independence - Work in a studio that has complete P&L ownership of games - Work with kind, humble teams that inspire - For hyper-growth and condensed learning & challenges - We want to take India to the list of "Top 10 Gaming Studios" in the World
