**JOB DESCRIPTION -**

Aimfill International Aviation company is seeking Admission Counselor who can provide top-quality Counseling and management support to the Branch and Company. The Counselor will be responsible for handling the Students inquiries, Calling Data, Sales and Registration of the students as per the Courses Plan, and serving as liaison between Students and company management.
- Full supervisory responsibilities including duties such as performance evaluation, Admissions, disciplinary and direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Managing the implementation of the Admission and Counseling strategies and tactics.

**Key Accountability -**

1.Counseling and Training the aviation aspirants on an integrated module ( aviation / grooming / English Grammar + Spoken English + MS Office + Soft skills ).

2. Supporting center in other works as and when required

3. Support the Team in conducting assessments of the aspirants.

4. Publishing the entire Counseling plan for the students and Complete daily / Monthly target

Associate Higher Secondary or Any Diploma in Counseling.
- 1+ years’ Counseling experience.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Strong communication skills and Convincing skills
- Proven ability to take on a variety of different tasks without becoming overwhelmed
- Professional and friendly disposition
- Age Limit - 18 Years to 30 Years Preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
