Billing Executive

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Generate bills/invoices using POS or billing software
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other modes of payment
- Maintain daily sales records and report discrepancies
- Assist in managing inventory and stock data in the system
- Ensure all bills are accurately printed and handed to customers
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for smooth operations
- Handle customer queries related to billing or pricing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter

## *Key Skills Required:*
- Basic knowledge of billing software (e.g., Tally, Ginesys, or POS systems)
- Familiarity with barcode scanning and printing
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, data entry)
- Trustworthy and accurate with handling money
- Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi (preferred), and basic English

## *Qualifications:*
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in retail or apparel billing is a plus

## *Working Hours:*
- 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- 6 days a week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
