**Job Title**: Front Desk Executive

**Experience**: 1-2 Years in similar role

**Work Location**: Kirti Nagar, Delhi (Evening metro station drop-off provided in office car)
**Work Days & Timings**: Monday - Friday in office (1st& 3rdSaturday work from home), 10 am - 6:30 pm

**Job Overview**:
As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and welcoming environment, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate parties.
- Provide information about the company and its services.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Manage the appointment schedule for executives and meeting rooms.
- Ensure that meeting rooms are properly set up and equipped for scheduled appointments.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Address customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Resolve routine customer issues and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate department.
- Monitor and control access to the premises.
- Issue visitor badges and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
- Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
