**Job Purpose**:
To ensure effective production planning, inventory control, and material management in order to achieve timely delivery, cost efficiency, and smooth coordination between production, stores, and purchase departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Production Planning & Scheduling**:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure schedules are met.
- Monitor work-in-progress and adjust plans as required.
- **Inventory & Material Management**:
- Plan and monitor raw material, packaging material, and finished goods inventory.
- Maintain optimum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with purchase department for timely procurement.
- **Coordination & Communication**:
- Act as a link between sales, purchase, and production teams.
- Communicate order status and delivery schedules to relevant departments.
- Follow up with vendors, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely supply.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production and inventory reports.
- Analyze production efficiency, material usage, and stock variance.
- Support management with data for decision-making.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Strong knowledge of production planning & control.
- Understanding of supply chain & inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP (if applicable).
- Analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Good communication & coordination ability.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Science, Engineering, or Commerce (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in PPIC / Production / Supply Chain.
- Experience in [industry, e.g., FMCG, Pharma, Chemical, Manufacturing] is an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,458.81 - ₹32,979.35 per month
