The centre would focus on augmenting AGCO's global IT and Digital capability and investment in high-quality technology, innovation, and R&D talent.

The teams will be an integral part of AGCO's global ecosystem. They will work as part of a global cross-function and cross-cultural team, working together to deliver AGCO's purpose to provide Farmer-focused solutions to sustainably feed our world and our vision to be the Trusted partner for industry-leading, smart farming solutions.

**Who We Are Looking For**:
The System Architect Product IT is an integral part of the Product Teams in the Agile Software Delivery Process. The System Architect enriches the team in the areas of Business, Information and Application architecture. The SE is responsible for defining and communicating a shared functional and architectural vision for a product to help ensure the system under development is fit for its intended purpose.

**What You Will Do**:

- Works together with Enterprise
- and Solution Architects to work out a functional solution from high
- to low-level
- Translate the proposed solution of the Solution Architects into an integrated system and provide in-depth functional insight
- Working on API definition, integration mapping and documentation of implemented solution
- Defines best fitting functional solutions to business problems by leveraging out-of-the-box platform capabilities and exploration of solution alternatives
- Breakdown of Features in User Stories, Enablers and Tasks
- Definition of Non-functional requirements (NFRs)
- Provide oversight and foster Built-In Quality
- Support requirements engineering and refinement process of agile teams
- Support in estimating efforts for new developments and improvements
- Knowledge transfer for new and changed functions for the change management process
- Error analysis and support of the development team in troubleshooting
- Active participation and preparation for agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
- Responsibility for compliance with all AGCO guidelines by all employees and teams, as well as compliance with all control processes and standards
- Reports to Senior Manager, eCommerce & PIM
- Visual representation of business processes
- Functional flow-diagrams
- Business & Application Architecture Design
- Implemented solution review
- Infrastructure & hosting high-level documentation

**What You Will Bring**:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, IT, engineering or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience (approx. 3-7 years)
- Minimum 3 years SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform experience is a prerequisite. As an experienced developer or similar architecture role
- Participated in minimum of 2 upgrade cycles of SAP Commerce system to latest releases.
- Experience of migration to SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2) advantageous
- Relevant experience in software development
- Strong understanding of relevant business processes
- Hands-on experience, working with B2B and B2C eCommerce solutions + Product Information Managment (PIM) solutions
- Fluency in eCommerce and Content Management technologies and the latest trends
- Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe) is an advantage
- Experience in requirements engineering
