**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and present appropriate products or services.
- Handle the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of sales performance metrics.
