Should be able to make good PowerPoint Presentations 11. Should understand problem, identify long term solution 12. Take initiatives in NVA identification & continuous performance improvement 13. Guide & train colleagues 14. Category Knowledge should be able to handle 500MRs spend & team independently i. Electrical Procurement a. Automation, SCADA b. EHV & LT Switchgears, panels, power correction devices, cables etc. c. AC/DC motors, Compressor, Substations, Earthing etc. d. HVAC, Fire & Hydrants etc. e. Expansion projects, Utilities etc. f. Renewable energy (Solar, I-REC) etc. ii. Long Term contracts a. Power Purchase Agreement b. Annual Rate & Maintenance Contracts c. O&M of key Electrical Utilities d. Manpower & Outsourcing Contracts iii. IT Procurement a. IT infra & IT Security services b. AMS activities c. SaaS & HaaS development d. Laptop, Accessories, Server etc. e. All type of IT infra cloud services or contracts 15. Year-end closing activities - i. Identify department level Open orders and short close ii. Co-ordinate with Finance for key data extractions 16. Department level Activity i. Prepare & Monitor department level KPIs ii. Re-structure/Re-define Department KPI targets iii. Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Review meeting data iv. Continuous monitoring of buyer wise KPIs and handover first level information to respective category managers 17. Budget Preparation & Monitoring - Prepare and upload yearly budget 18. Legal & Compliance - Compliance monitoring & set up best practice process follow 19. Support Desk - Guide & educate team for Voice of Customer (VOC). 20. Skill Set i. O365 & Power Apps ii. Communication skill iii. Advance Negotiation skill iv. Customer centricity v. Presentation skill vi. Decision making vii. Sense of Ownership Education: BE + MBA only
