**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and execute **Indo-Chinese dishes** with consistency and high standards.
- Set up the kitchen for **daily service and prep**, including delegating tasks to junior chefs and stewards.
- Handle **daily food production** according to the standards and quality set by the restaurant.
- Create and manage prep for items like **noodles, momos, Chinese starters, and sauces**.
- Maintain **high attention to detail** in plating and final presentation of dishes.
- Estimate daily prep requirements and ensure **optimal stock and freshness**.

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**:

- Hands-on experience with **Indo-Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients**:

- Strong knowledge of **kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols**:

- Leadership abilities with experience in **training junior staff**:

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Certification in food handling or culinary education is a plus
