**Job Title: ARCHITECT**

Greenworld is dedicated to creating sustainable, innovative, and future-ready spaces that merge functionality with environmental responsibility. We are looking for a talented **Architect** with at least **1 year of professional experience** to join our growing team and contribute to our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for residential, commercial, and green projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations using industry-standard software.
- Support team in design development, project planning, and client presentations.
- Ensure designs align with sustainability goals, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct site visits to track project progress and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution of designs.
- Research and recommend sustainable materials and modern architectural practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum **1 year of professional experience** in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design software.
- Basic knowledge of green building codes, LEED, or GRIHA is an added advantage.
- Strong creativity, visualization, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Open to travel
