**Education**: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical / Automotive engineering

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of automotive standards and regulations.
- Proficient in research methodologies, data analysis, technical writing and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and Analysis.
- Conduct in-depth research on automotive industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the automotive field and related industries.
- Analyze technical documents, journals, and publications to gather relevant information.
- Standard Interpretation:

- Interpret and understand automotive standards and regulations, both domestic and international.
- Translate technical jargon from standards into clear, actionable requirements for the research and development team.

**Requirement Development**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input on project goals and objectives.
- Develop clear and concise technical requirements based on industry standards and company objectives.
- Documentation:

- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications and report format outlining requirements derived from automotive standards.
- Maintain accurate records of research findings and communicate them effectively within the team.
- Author technical papers from time to time encompassing the research & development being done at the organization

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure alignment between research findings, standards, and project goals.
- Participate in team meetings, providing valuable insights and contributing to the overall success of projects.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Perform regular reviews of project documentation to verify alignment with established standards.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Knowledge of ISO, SAE, AIS and other relevant automotive standards.
- Experience with Automotive Data Logging and Diagnostics, ECU Testing and Validation, CAN Bus Network
