**Role Summary**

We are looking for an assistant manager for our sales and marketing department in Sheet Metal components and Brake products. As part of their job, the manager will be responsible for end-to-end

B2B Sales, client relationship management, new business development, and negotiation and also partners with the talent acquisition team to identify and recruit top sales talent, mentors employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives develops and cultivates relationships with customers, and works to attain sales and revenue goals.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- New Business Development, convert clients through leads and plan visits to onboard them.
- Meet with buyers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
- Meeting with clients virtually or f2f for demonstrating and presenting products.
- Negotiation of raw materials according to fluctuation in market rates of sheet metal components.
- Client’s end-to-end management from sales generation to deal closure.
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Should be responsible for costing, and all debit and credit transactions.
- Attention to detail for new project requirements from the client
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention of existing customers.
- Ensuring sales growth, customer satisfaction, satisfying market potential, and obtaining market penetration and growth.

**Skills Required**:

- B.tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience.
- Outgoing and collaborative.
- Able to take ownership of the complete process
- Excellent at negotiation
- Good communication and Interaction skills
- Capable of working independently and with estimators
- Knowledgeable about various metals and their processes
- Knowledgeable about metal fabrication processes.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kheri Sampla, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
