**Graphic Design & Conceptualization**:

- Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, social media posts, website content, and digital ads.
- Develop creative concepts that align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
- Design logos, brochures, and other print and digital materials as needed.

**Landing Page Design**:

- Create and design high-conversion landing pages using platforms like WordPress,Leadpages or other relevant tools.
- Ensure landing pages are responsive, optimized for various devices, and provide a seamless user experience (UX).
- Collaborate with the development team to implement landing pages that meet technical specifications and are aligned with the overall marketing goals.

**UI/UX Design**:

- Design user-friendly interfaces for web pages and landing pages with a focus on user experience (UX) and usability.
- Ensure all designs adhere to the latest web design trends, best practices, and brand guidelines.
- Incorporate feedback from teams and stakeholders to improve design elements.

**Brand Consistency & Visual Identity**:

- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all designs, including typography, color schemes, and overall visual style.
- Develop brand assets such as templates and design systems for the marketing and content teams.

**Creative Problem-Solving**:

- Solve creative challenges by generating innovative design ideas and adapting existing templates for new use cases.
- Offer insights on how to optimize landing pages for better user engagement and lead conversions.

**Trend Analysis & Tool Mastery**:

- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, web development technologies, and tools for graphic and landing page design.
- Regularly experiment with new tools and techniques to improve creative output.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
