Process Analysis:
Conduct thorough analysis of existing workflows to identify waste, inefficiencies, and areas where Lean principles can be applied.
- Lean Tool Implementation:
Implement various Lean tools and methodologies, such as 5S, value stream mapping, to improve operational efficiency.
- Training and Facilitation:
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and Kaizen events to educate employees on Lean principles and tools.
- Standardization:
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient processes.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Lean initiatives and identify areas for further improvement.
- Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new Lean tools and techniques.
- Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for Lean initiatives.
- Problem Solving:
Utilize Lean methodologies to identify and resolve process problems, ultimately leading to improved outcomes.
- Stay Updated:
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Lean management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
