Key Responsibilities: - Design creatives for Associates' Telegram & WhatsApp groups - Develop promotional materials for trips, travel, and events - Create event-related visuals: invitations, banners, hoardings, signage, and posters - Maintain branding consistency across all company materials and campaigns - Plan and manage a content calendar for events, festivals, and promotions - Design banking brochures and on-site banners for new townships and schemes - Produce engaging video content and promotional reels for social media - Create infographics, PowerPoint presentations, and blog visuals - Support website management and project updates - Track and analyze performance metrics of visuals across platforms - Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, including Gokul Kripa, to ensure unified branding - Conduct regular training workshops for associates on social media and video editing Required Skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) - Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics - Experience in digital marketing creatives and content optimization - Understanding of print media and production processes - Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders - Good communication and teamwork skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
