**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Full-Time Instructor:

- Teach chess to students in schools according to the academy's curriculum.
- Conduct engaging and interactive chess classes for various age groups.
- Develop and implement creative teaching methods to enhance student learning.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, conduct assessments, and track student progress.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions.
- Assist in organizing and conducting chess tournaments and events.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Adhere to all academy policies and procedures.
- Visiting Instructor (Hourly Basis):

- Conduct chess classes in schools as per the assigned schedule.
- Deliver high-quality chess instruction to students.
- Maintain a professional and engaging teaching style.
- Be flexible and adaptable to different teaching environments.
- Comply with all academy guidelines and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Essential:

- Basic knowledge of chess rules, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to travel between different school locations.
- Preferred:

- 1-3 years of experience in chess instruction (but not mandatory).
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in chess education (optional).
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.

**Benefits**:

- Full-Time:

- Competitive salary (Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 15,000 per month)
