Pdc Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities:Production Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of high-pressure die casting machines.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards.
- Monitor process parameters and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
- Minimize downtime by ensuring quick response to machine breakdowns and defects.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and specifications.
- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to identify defects such as porosity, cold shuts, and shrinkage.
- Work with the quality team to analyze defects and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of quality checks and process changes.

**Equipment & Process Maintenance**:

- Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance of die casting machines, furnaces, and peripheral equipment.
- Ensure proper die maintenance, lubrication, and cooling processes are followed.
- Optimize cycle times, temperature settings, and pressure levels for improved productivity.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure all employees follow safety guidelines and use PPE properly.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with industry regulations.
- Train operators on emergency procedures and best safety practices.

**Team Leadership & Training**:

- Supervise, guide, and motivate operators and technicians to maintain productivity.
- Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and existing employees.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization and innovation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,707.47 per month
