Security Officer

Job Summary:
This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in managing large teams and complex operational challenges.

Experience: 5 to 12 years

CTC: Up to 28k + Fooding+ Fuel Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaison & Compliance: Maintain strong relationships with various government authorities, including local administration, police, and land departments. Manage local environment-related issues, including interactions with villagers, politicians, and gram panchayats.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in liaising with government authorities and managing local environmental issues.
- Preferable background: Ex-serviceman, Ex-police, or Ex-Government official with exposure to stone mining operations.
- Experience in problem-solving and handling high-pressure situations.
